For World Cup pros and gearheads. The PLATINUM series is our most individual and powerful product line. From 370 to 430 the focus is on Wave and Freestyle, while from 460 upwards the design is race oriented. Naturally, the series is manufactured in aerospace prepreg autoclave technology, the most precise and high-tech process currently in existence. A pressure of up to ten tons creates an extremely homogenous mix of carbon and resin and reduces the resin content to a minimum. This is the reason for the incredible flex response and durability of this material. The entirely new white surface coating minimizes the effect of heating due to solar radiation and avoids thermal overstress.
